Gurugram, 15th Jan uary, 2019: Indo Ram aSyn t het ics (Indi a) Limited , Indi a' s large st dedic ated polyeste r manufacturer, t od ay in it s Board Meeting announced issu ance of 83000000 equity shares by way of preferential issue on private placement basis to promoter group Company, lndorama Netherlands B.V. (subsidiary of lndorama Ventures Public Company limited) @ Rs. 36/- per equity share aggregating to Rs .2,988,000,000/- (Rupees Two hundred Ninety Eight crores Eighty Lakhs Only), and also issuance of 17200000 Equity shares to Siam Stock Holdings Limited @ Rs. 36/- per equit y share aggregating t o Rs.619,200,000 (Rupees Sixt y One Crore s Ninety Two Lakhs Only) on private placement basis.

Above investments aggregates to 100200000 Equity Shares amounting t o Rs 3,607,200,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Sixty Crores Seventy Two Lakhs Only).

The fund raised will be used for long-term working capital & future growth r equi r ements.
