(17.01.2017) After successfully establishing its retail brand 'STOP SHOP' and the office brand 'myhive', IMMOFINANZ is introducing its retail brand VIVO! to the Czech Republic. At the end of 2016 the rebranding process of the shopping center Park Hostivař began, which included a change of logo and the new name. Park Hostivař from now on is named VIVO! Hostivař. Alongside full visual identity, the VIVO! branding process includes modernization of interior premises. The plan for 2017 includes the modernization and reconstruction of the second floor of VIVO! Hostivař.

VIVO! is the shopping center-brand of IMMOFINANZ. These facilities are designed for cities with a catchment area of at least 200,000 residents and are characterised by strong anchor tenants and an attractive branch mix. VIVO!
combines shopping with a special experience factor for the entire family.
