Xumanii International Holdings Corp (OTCPK:XUII) agreed to acquire Amonshare.com for $1.5 million in stock on March 12, 2014. As consideration, Xumanii will issue 70 million shares of Xumanii. Amonshare.com website and its customers will be merged into Xumanii.

Xumanii International Holdings Corp (OTCPK:XUII) completed the acquisition of Amonshare.com on May 13, 2014.
