On May 22, 2018, Patrick Phillips, a director and V.P. of Product Management of IIOT-OXYS, Inc., was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Phillips has served as a director of the company since the closing of the acquisition of HereLab, Inc. on January 11, 2018. Mr. Phillips has also served as a director and CEO of HereLab since its inception on February 27, 2017.
