Effective September 20, 2018, Patrick Phillips resigned from all positions of IIOT-OXYS, Inc. Mr. Phillips served as director and Vice President of Product Management of the company and served in positions within the company’s subsidiaries. Effective September 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of the company appointed Karen McNemar as Chief Operations Officer of the company.
