Idsud S.A. (ENXTPA:ALIDS) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 138,717 shares, representing 28.04% of its share capital. The company will repurchase its shares by way of exchange for shares of Française des Jeux(FDJ) at a parity of 5 FDJ shares and 1.75 euros for 1 company's share.
The shares repurchased will be cancelled. The offer is subject approval of the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting to be held on June 25, 2024.
