Hynar Water Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 97.42% stake in Tunliu Bohua Water Co., Ltd. from Poten Environment Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603603) for CNY 25.6 million on October 29, 2019. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Tunliu Bohua Water Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 56.5 million and net assets of CNY 38.8 million. The 14th meeting of the third board of directors of Poten Environment Group Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved the transaction.

Hynar Water Group Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in environmental protection water business. The Company operates through two segments. The Industrial Sewage Treatment Service segment mainly provides part or all of the services in the investment, design, construction and operation of sewage treatment plants and their supporting pipeline networks in industrial parks or industrial clusters. The Water Supply Service segment includes some or all of the services in the investment, design, construction and operation of water supply facilities that provide drinking water and pipeline direct drinking water and supporting pipeline networks. The Company mainly provides high-concentration, refractory industrial sewage treatment services for the pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, chemical and other industries, and provides water supply services for municipal users and characteristic towns. The Company mainly conducts business within the domestic market.
