Hydrogen Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Thailand-based closed-end trust with a specific purpose. The Trust’s objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use proceeds from such fund-raising to invest in properties or leasehold rights and generate benefits from such properties by way of lease and/or rendering of services related to rental properties in which the Trust invests or other processes for the benefit of the property and create the revenue and returns to the Trust and the unitholders. This includes investment in other assets and/or securities and/or seeks benefits by any other means as prescribed by securities laws and/or other relevant laws. The Trust is managed by Hydrogen REIT Management Company Limited (the REIT Manager).
