Huishang Bank Corporation Limited at its Board meeting held on January 30, 2019, Wu Xuemin has been elected as the chairman of the Board of the Bank, and his term of office is the same as that of the 4th session of the Board. Wu Xuemin also appointed as member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee.
