YONKERS, N.Y., Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephen R. Brown, President & Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Valley Bank, has announced that M. Elliott Pilson has joined Hudson Valley Bank as Vice President and Branch Manager of the bank's New Rochelle Branch.

Mr. Pilson will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Bank's branch located at 5- 5A Hugueont Street in New Rochelle.

An experience banker with over 29 years of experience in the financial service industry, Mr. Pilson joins Hudson Valley from Capital One Bank, where he was a Vice President and Branch Manager responsible for branches in the Bronx and Mount Vernon.

A native of New Rochelle, Mr. Pilson is an active member in the community. He is a member of the Mount Vernon Kiwanis Club, a trustee for the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce and is an advisor for the 21(st) Century Afterschool Program in New Rochelle.
