Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (BSE:500010) announced a private placement of 64,329,882 equity shares on preferential basis at a price of INR 1,726.05 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 111,036,592,826.1 on January 13, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from Waverly Pte. Ltd. For 30,126,589 shares, OMERS Administration Corporation for 10,000,000 shares, Silverview Investments Pte. Ltd. for 9,269,719 shares, Carmignac Investissement for 2,462,316 shares, Carmignac Portfolio Investissement for 259,576 shares, Carmignac Portfolio Investissement Latitude for 13,710 shares, Carmignac Patrimoine for 5,803,900 shares, Carmignac Portfolio Patrimoine for 600,498 shares, Carmignac Portfolio Patrimoine for 600,498 shares, Azim Premji Trust for 2,896,787 shares, PI Opportunities Fund – I for 2,896,787 shares. The securities issued will not be sold for a period of one year from the date of allotment.
