Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE: HLI) will look for acquisitions. Houlihan Lokey’s Chief Executive Officer, Senior Managing Director and Director, Scott Lee Beiser said, “We're in active discussions with several acquisition targets that would add depth to some of our industry sectors and geographic locations.” Beiser also said, “I think we are looking at acquisitions that both have some additive elements in geography as well as some industries, some times slightly new products. And I think we've always been open-minded whether it's in Europe or other places, we could grow through both internal promotions, through external hirings or from acquisitions.”
Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is a global investment bank with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial restructuring, and financial and valuation advisory. The Company's segments include Corporate Finance (CF), Financial Restructuring (FR), and Financial and Valuation Advisory (FVA).
