VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION FOR THE EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SCHEME

UNDER THE SECOND ROUND OF ANTI-EPIDEMIC FUND

This announcement is made by Hong Kong Johnson Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

According to the second round of anti-epidemic fund (the "Employment Support Scheme" or "ESS") by the Hong Kong SAR Government (the "HK Government"), the HK Government will provide wage subsidies to eligible employers for six months. Subsidies will be disbursed in two tranches. The first tranche of subsidy will cover the period from June to August 2020, while the second tranche will cover the period from September to November 2020.

The Company's application for the first tranche of subsidy of the ESS fund (the "Fund") with the HK Government was approved by the HK Government on 13 August 2020, with a subsidy of HK$24,270,681 granted.

The Fund will mitigate the adverse impact on the Group's business brought by the pandemic, help to ensure the sound development of the Group's business, and lay a solid foundation for the future development of the Group. As a responsible enterprise, the Company will continue to discharge corporate social responsibility, practice the sustainability principle, carry out its corporate operation values in full, and contribute constructively to the anti-epidemic work in Hong Kong.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
