(Reuters) - Britain's Home REIT said on Monday it has appointed global property services firm Jones Lang LaSalle to undertake valuations of the entire portfolio of the housing provider for the homeless.
The company, under scrutiny after a short-seller report by Viceroy Research, questioned the ability of its tenants to pay rent, among other issues and said it did not expect to publish outstanding accounts until late 2023 at the earliest.
