On September 15, 2016 the Pennsylvania Apartment Association East awarded their annual 'Best in Apartment Living Awards.' 12 of Home Properties' Philadelphia-area communities were recognized with a total of 21 awards.

Top Honor went to Stone Hill Apartments, which was named to the 'Top 10 Overall Best Apartment Communities' list - we're very proud of this team for their exceptional work!

Community Presentation Excellence
In the area of 'Community Presentation Excellence,' Stone Hill Apartments received the Platinum Award and Waterview Apartments received the Gold Award. Silver Awards went to Sherry Lake Apartments, Home Properties of Bryn Mawr, and William Henry Apartments, while Racquet Club Apartments and Townhomes received the Bronze Award.

Leasing Excellence
Leasing Excellence Awards were presented to Golf Club Apartments and Townhomes (Platinum), Home Properties of Devon (Bronze), New Orleans Park (Bronze), Ridley Brook Apartments (Gold), Sherry Lake Apartments (Bronze), Stone Hill Apartments (Silver), and William Henry Apartments (Silver).

Maintenance Excellence
Platinum Awards for Maintenance Excellence went to Hill Brook Place, William Henry Apartments, and Racquet Club Apartments and Townhomes. Home Properties of Bryn Mawr received the Gold Award for Maintenance Excellence. New Orleans Park received the Silver Award, and the Bronze Award went to Stone Hill Apartments.
