Hitachi High-Technologies reported earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2016. For the period, the company reported net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 33.237 billion or JPY 241.67 per basic share compared to JPY 27.29 billion or JPY 198.43 per basic share for the same period ended December 31, 2015. Revenues were JPY 462.926 billion compared to JPY 459.148 billion for the same period ended December 31, 2015. Adjusted operating income was JPY 45. 048 billion compared to JPY 32.884 billion for the same period ended December 31, 2015. Income before income taxes was JPY 44.056 billion compared to JPY 35.988 billion for the same period ended December 31, 2014.

For the year ending March 31, 2017, the company expects revenues to be JPY 630 billion, adjusted operating income to be JPY 52.5 billion, income before income taxes to be JPY 52 billion and earnings per basic share attributable to owners of the parent to be JPY 283.58. The company expects net income attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 39 billion.

For the year ending March 31, 2017, the company expects to pay a term end dividend of JPY 35 per share against JPY 40 paid last year.
