Meet Ekaterina Arnold, Recruitment and Training Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Krasnoyarsk in Russia. Ekaterina is often one of the first people that Team Members meet at the hotel, as she is closely involved with all of the hotel's hiring efforts. She has a kind and caring spirit that is reflected on all those around her, and her community service commitments have positively impacted the local community.

Ekaterina often donates her clothes to families in need, and has rallied many other Team Members to participate in clothing drives. For the past two years, inspired by her actions, the hotel has executed a donation drive to collect clothes throughout Global Month of Service - donating more than 220 kg of clothes to families in the community. Ekaterina plays a key role in reminding Team Members about the reasons to donate, collecting donations and hand delivering the donated items to families in the local neighborhood.
