The transaction included participation from new investor, Local Enterprise Fund, a fund managed by 65 Equity Partners Holdings Pte. Ltd. As part of the transaction, Lim Chin Hu from 65 Equity Partners Holdings Pte.

Ltd. will join the company's board of directors.
