The Company owns and operates luxury and lifestyle hotels in coastal gateway and resort markets. These 25 properties, with a total of 3,811 rooms, are located in California, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania. The Company operates under brands owned by Marriott International, Inc. (Marriott), Hilton Worldwide, Inc.
