PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF TULLOW 101 NETHERLANDS B.V.

RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Hague and London Oil PLC is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the proposed acquisition of Tullow 101 Netherlands B.V. comprising significant production assets in the Dutch North Sea, was duly passed at its General Meeting held today.

Andrew Cochran, Chairman and Interim CEO, commented:

'I wish to thank Halo's shareholders for showing such strong support in their approval of the transaction today. This is a significant step towards completion of a transformational acquisition and lays the foundation for further growth from a solid base of working capital, reserves, production and cash flow. Our immediate focus is now on closing the transaction which will be followed by operational integration in order to realise, maximise and augment the potential of these assets. We will then look forward to relisting HALO as a stronger, larger and sustainable company with a bright future.'

Details of the final votes received in respect of the Resolution are as follows:
