?thens, January 27, 2012 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that it has completed, in Belgrade, the sale of its 20% entire stake in Telecom Serbia. OTE received ?397mn in total, ?380mn from the share transaction and
?17mn for the dividend of fiscal year 2011, according to the
Share Purchase Agreement that had been signed in December in
Athens.
OTE was represented by its Chairman and CEO, Mr Michael
Tsamaz, while the President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr
Boris Tadi?, the Prime Minister, Mr Mirko Cvetkovi?, and the
General Manager of Telecom Serbia, Mr Branko Radujko
represented the Serbian side.
