Second cycle of free digital skills training for businesses
Over 16,000 course attendance certificates were issued by the Athens University of Economics and Business for the two cycles of the program


The second cycle of free business training through the COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS - Certification Program has been successfully completed. This online training program has been designed by the e-Business Research Center (ELTRUN) of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), in collaboration with COSMOTE, and provides free training in modern digital tools for small and medium-sized enterprises, their employees, as well as freelancers.

Approximately 2,800 professionals from various sectors and regions of Greece participated in the two cycles of the COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS- Certification Program, which consist of 10 thematic modules each. In total, following an online evaluation process, over 16,000 individual course attendance certificates and 1,000 training certificates were provided by the Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning Center of the Athens University of Economics and Business, for those who successfully completed all the courses.

Through the COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS initiative, since 2017, more than 90,000 businesses have benefited, and over 90 virtual and in-person workshops and seminars have been held. The latest addition is the COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS - THE PODCAST, a new podcast series that offers practical knowledge and tools for SMEs that want to take the next step on their digital journey, through a communication channel that offers flexible and convenient free learning.

Indicatively, the thematic modules already covered by COSMOTE GROW YOUR BUSINESS concern: Customer Experience, Digital Skills, Digital Presence, eCommerce, Digital marketing Plan, Social media, Usability & Content Marketing, Logistics, Pricing, ERP systems, CRΜ, Email Marketing, Search Engines, ΙΟΤ Business Analytics, AI, Sustainable Development and ESG, Remote Collaboration.
