Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. (TSE:6927) concluded a share transfer agreement to acquire Technolink Co., Ltd. from two individuals on November 6, 2018. Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. will acquire 200 shares of Technolink Co., Ltd. After the transaction, Technolink Co., Ltd. will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. Technolink Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥62.86 million and total assets of ¥96.26 million as at December 31, 2017. Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. reported sales of ¥2.24 billion, operating income of ¥16.3 million and net income of ¥13.56 million in 2017. The Board of Directors of Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. passed a resolution for the transaction on November 6, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed on December 1, 2018.
Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the lamp business, manufacturing equipment business and human resources service business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Lamp segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of projector lamps, halogen lamps for general lighting, as well as light emitting diode (LED) lamps.
