Launches reach R$ 1.03 billion in 4Q13 and R$ 1.97 billion in 2013

Mogi das Cruzes, January 15, 2014 - Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. (BM&F BOVESPA: HBOR3), a residential and commercial real estate developer covering 31 cities in 10 states, in addition to the Federal District, Brasília, announces today its preliminary unaudited operating results for the fourth quarter of 2013 (4Q13) and the year of 2013.

Total Potential Sales Value (PSV) Launched reached R$1.028 billion in 4Q13, an increase of 9.7% compared to 4Q12.

Helbor's interest totaled R$804.1 million. In the year of 2013, launches summed R$1.972 billion in total PSV and

R$1.504 billion in Helbor's interest, an increase of, respectively, 7.5% and 7.9% compared to 2012.

Total Pre-Sales summed R$537.6 million in the quarter, an amount 1.2% higher than the one presented in 4Q12.

Helbor's interest reached R$403.7 million, 2.2% higher year-over-year. In 2013 total pre-sales reached R$1.4 billion, representing a 7.3% decrease compared to 2012.

Sales over Supply (SoS), considering Helbor's stake, reached 17.0% in the quarter and 39.8% in the year.

Deliveries in 4Q13 totaled R$740.9 million in Total PSV or R$435.8 million in Helbor´s interest, at the launching date, corresponding to 2,259 units delivered in the period. In the year, summed a total of 4,922 units, R$1.079 billion in Helbor´s interest.

LAUNCHES

Total Launched PSV reached R$1.028 billion in 4Q13, with Helbor´s interest of 78.2%, and totaling 11 developments (6 residential and 5 commercial). This volume of Helbor's PSV (R$804.1 million) represents an increase of 13.0% year-over- year and 333.4% quarter-over-quarter. In 2013, launches totaled R$1.972 billion in total PSV and R$1.504 in Helbor's interest, an increase of, respectively, 7.5% and 7.9% in relation to 2012. PRE-SALES

Total Pre-Sales reached R$537.6 million in 4Q13, an increase of 1.2% year-over-year. Helbor´s interest amounted to R$403.7 million (75.1% of total pre-sales), 2.2% higher than 4Q12. In 2013, pre-sales totaled R$1.4 billion in total PSV and R$1.1 billion in Helbor's interest, 7.3% and 5.0% lower, respectively, compared to 2012.

Sales over Supply (SoS) reached 17.0% in the quarter and 39.8% in the year.

From the quarter sales (Helbor's interest), 64.9% refers to launches and 35.1% from inventory, according to the following chart.
