Heimstaden : Establishes Medium Term Note Programme

Heimstaden AB today announces that it has established a domestic medium term note programme (MTN Programme). Heimstaden is now able to issue medium term notes in an aggregate amount of up to SEK 10 billion to the capital market, in either SEK, EUR or NOK, with a minimum tenure of one year.

Heimstaden has in this context prepared a base prospectus, which today has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available on Heimstaden's website at ir.heimstaden.com and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website at www.fi.se.

Swedbank is lead arranger of the MTN Programme and acting as dealer and issuing agent together with Arctic Securities, Danske Bank, DNB and Nordea. Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal counsel.
