HEALTHIA Healthia Limited (ASX:HLA) entered into binding agreement to acquire Corio Bay Health Group on September 8, 2022. Healthia Limited also agreed to acquire Sunshine Coast Hand Therapy and Watsonia Physiotherapy total upfront consideration for 3 acquisitions amounted to AUD 8.29 million. Healthia also announced that it intends to raise up to AUD 15 million to provide additional cash reserves to fund near term acquisition opportunities.
The transaction is expected to close on October 30, 2022. As of October 31, 2022, Healthia now expects that all conditions precedent will be satisfied and settlement reached for the Corio Bay Health Group on or around December 1, 2022.
