APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR TO PRINCIPAL SUBSIDIARY

The board of directors (the "Board") of HealthBank Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following:

1. Change in director of Elite Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd ("EMSPL"), the wholly owned principal subsidiary of the Company, from Mr Jeremy Ng Lip Wee to Mr Leo Peng Weile with effect from 17 December 2021; and
2. Change of the Company's corporate representative to EMSPL from Mr Jeremy Ng Lip Wee, to Mr Leo Peng Weile with effect from 17 December 2021:
