Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. Proposes Amendment of the Third Article of its Articles of Incorporation; Announces Address Changes

On 12 December 2016, the Board of Directors of the Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. approved the amendment of the Third Article of the Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation to change its principal office address from "2224 A. Bonifacio St. corner South Super Highway, Bangkal, Makati City" to "2224, A. Bonifacio Street corner Pres. Sergio Osmeña Highway, Bangkal, Makati City, 1233, Philippines".
The company proposed amendment of the third article of its articles of incorporation, at the special stockholders meeting to be held on March 6, 2017.
Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. is a Philippines-based integrated maritime service provider. The Company offers a range of maritime services, such as harbor assistance, towing, lighterage, ship salvage, marine construction, repair and maintenance works, wreck removal, firefighting, oil spill abatement and recovery, handling hazardous chemical, ship and crew management, diving and underwater marine works. Its business segments include harbor assistance and renewable energy. The Company's harbor assistance services include docking and undocking various types and sizes of vessels with its diversified fleet. Its towing service provides both regular and emergency towing throughout the Philippines and its neighboring territories. Its lighterage service provides transporting of various commodities using its tug and barge tandems, such as coal, iron and nickel ore, clinker, aggregates, and similar products.
