Happy Valley Nutrition Limited announced it has completed the purchase and settlement of two key properties covering 166 hectares, Waipa Meadows and Lot 2, 5 Redlands Road, both located in Otorohanga New Zealand, where the Company has commenced earthworks to construct a nutritional grade dairy processing facility. As part of the purchase agreement for Waipa Meadows, Happy Valley will enter into a 100-year leaseback agreement with the vendor who will continue to use the property as a dry stock farm to generate revenue, but will allow Happy Valley to irrigate wastewater from the Facility without relying on third party service providers. The structure also enables Happy Valley to improve the ecology of the waterways leading into the Waipa River via the implementation of extensive tree planting and fencing along waterways. The settlement of these land purchases marks another important milestone in Happy Valley's development of the Facility which aims to deliver its first nutritional grade products in less than two years. It is also further evidence of Happy Valley deploying recently secured capital and senior debt to advance the Facility's development.
