Hanmi Financial Corporation and Hanmi Bank Announce Retirement of I Joon Ahn from the Board of Directors, Effective December 31, 2015

On November 10, 2015, I Joon Ahn, a founding member of the Board of Directors of Hanmi Financial Corporation notified the company that he will retire, effective December 31, 2015. Mr. Ahn also currently serves, and will continue to serve, as a non-executive director of Hanmi Bank, a subsidiary of the Company, until December 31, 2015.
