Hai Leck Holdings Limited Appoints Chua Keng Woon as Non-Executive and Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee

The Board of Directors of Hai Leck Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Chua Keng Woon ("Mr Chua") as Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company with effect from 25 October 2019. Mr. Chua has also been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee with effect from 25 October 2019.
