Tibet Hengjing Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire Xinyi Credibility Architecture and Engineering Co., Ltd. from Guangzhou Yuetai Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600393) for CNY 10.2 million for December 5, 2018. As on October 31, 2018, Xinyi Credibility Architecture and Engineering Co., Ltd. had total assets of CNY 11.6 million and net assets of CNY 9.5 million. The transaction is not subject to approval from shareholders of Guangzhou Yuetai Group Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Guangzhou Yuetai Group Co., Ltd. Tibet Hengjing Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of Xinyi Credibility Architecture and Engineering Co., Ltd. from Guangzhou Yuetai Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600393) on December 5, 2019.
