Guangdong Yueyun Transportation Company Limited Announces Resignation of Peng Xiaolei as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman and Member of Audit and Corporate Governance Committee

The board of directors of Guangdong Yueyun Transportation Company Limited announced that Mr. Peng Xiaolei ("Mr. Peng") has tendered his resignation to the Board as an independent non-executive Director due to his other personal commitments, and ceased to be the chairman and a member of the audit and corporate governance committee of the Company (the "Audit and Corporate Governance Committee") with effect from 1 November 2017.
