Guangdong Rongtai Industry Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600589) signed a framework agreement to acquire 51% stake in Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from Pingxiang Dongfang Jinding Enterprise Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) on January 18, 2019. Under the terms of transaction, Guangdong Rongtai Industry Co.,Ltd will acquire between 20% to 51% stake in Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction does not need to be submitted to the board of directors or shareholders meeting for consideration.
