GT Capital Holdings, Inc. announced that the Board approved the appointment of Ms. De Leon as Chief Risk Officer ("CRO") of GT Capital. The incumbent CRO, Mr. Winston Andrew L. Peckson, will be reassigned as consultant for the Corporation, and will be assisting in Ms. De Leon's transition.
GT Capital Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which has interests in businesses across banking, property development, infrastructure and utilities, automotive assembly, importation, wholesaling, dealership, and financing, and life and non-life insurance.
