Gstaad Capital Corp. provided an update on the results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on December 16, 2014. At the meeting, the company's shareholders elected five directors, including the following new director: Joseph Martin: Mr. Martin brings over 30 years of experience in business administration. Since 1990, he has overlapped a full-time professional soccer coaching career with the Vancouver Whitecaps with an active
management role in the New Dawn Group. The company's Board of Directors is now comprised of Paul Larkin, Philip Pincus, Robert Falls, William Wright and Joseph Martin. The Board of Directors also announced that Mr. Philip Pincus has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the company in order to devote more time to other business interests. Mr. Pincus will remain as a director of the company. Mr. Jonathan Younie has assumed Mr. Pincus' role as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Since 2006, Mr. Younie has been the Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting, of the New Dawn Group.
