Notre Dame Intermédica Participações S.A. ("Company"), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that in accordance with article 21-Lof CVM Instruction 481 of December 17, 2009, as amended, that the next Company´s Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be held in April 18, 2022.
Company clarifies that additional information regarding the referred event will be provide in due time, accordingly to applicable legislation.
