GRUPO SURA is set to pay out more than COP 62,000 million to its shareholders between January 2 and 15, 2013.

This is the fourth and last installment due on the dividends declared on its ordinary shares by the shareholders at their Annual Shareholder Meeting held in March of last year, this corresponding to an annual dividend payment of COP 308 per share payable in quarterly advance installments of COP 77 each.

On the other hand, GRUPO SURA´S preferred share carries an annual dividend payment of COP 975 per share, payable in quarterly installments in arrears of COP 243.75 each.

GRUPO SURA shall be paying out more than COP 62,000 million to its shareholders in dividend payments corresponding to the last quarterly installment, (corresponding to the period January to March 2013) in the case of its ordinary shares carrying an annual dividend payment of COP 308 each, payable in advance quarterly installments of COP 77 per share. This together with the quarterly installment due for the period October to December 2012 on its preferred shares, as part of an annual dividend payment of COP 975 each, payable on a quarterly in arrears basis of COP 243.75 per share for a period of three years.

Profits shall be distributed to the shareholders until January 15, 2013 through the following arrangements:

· Dematerialized securities: through Deceval S.A. and the brokerage firm representing the shareholder.

· Paper securities: 1) by means of electronic transfers of funds into the shareholder´s bank account (as previously authorized); or 2) through Bancolombia´s network of branch offices.
