The Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. (hereinafter 'the Company') informs that today it has obtained an information on the following transactions:
From a member of the Management Board of the Company on sale 150 042 the Company shares at an average unit price of PLN 3.05 shares under a procedure of ordinary session transactions made on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 15thSeptember 2015.
From a proxy of the Company on sale 2 100 the Company shares at an average unit price of PLN 3.07 shares under a procedure of ordinary session transaction made on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 15thSeptember 2015.
