The Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") informs that on March 10,
2016, it has obtained a notification from Navitas CEE Investments Limited concerning change in their holding of shares in Grupa DUON S.A. in the following wording:
"Pursuant to article 69 paragraph 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on Public Offering"), we inform that as a result of a sale of shares of Grupa DUON S.A. settled on March 7, 2016, the share of Navitas CEE Investments Limited with its seat in Limassol, Cyprus, in total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company has decreased.
Prior to the change i.e. transaction of sale of shares, Navitas CEE Investments Ltd. held 9,090,909 shares of Grupa DUON S.A., which represented 7.58% of the share capital and entitled to 9,090,909 votes, which represented 7.58% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
After transaction of shares sale, Navitas CEE Investments Ltd. holds 0 shares in the Grupa DUON S.A., which represents 0.00% of the share capital and entitle to 0 votes, which represent 0.00% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of the Grupa DUON S.A.
Navitas CEE Investments Ltd. has no subsidiaries holding shares of Grupa DUON S.A. and is not a party to agreements on the delegation of powers to the exercise of voting rights, referred to in art. 87. 1 point 3 letter C of the Act on Public Offering."
