INSIDE INFORMATION

UPDATE IN RELATION TO THE RENISON MINE

This announcement is made by Greentech Technology International Limited (the "Company"), together with its subsidiaries (the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) of Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') hereby announces an update in relation to the mining activities at Renison mine located in Tasmania (the "Renison Mine"), which is held by Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture Pty Limited in which YT Parksong Australia Holding Pty Limited (an 82% indirectly owned subsidiary of the Company) owns 50% of its shareholdings.

The Company has been informed that at the date of this announcement, a bushfire is seriously affecting Tasmania. Tasmanian Fire Service (the "TAS") had once issued a bushfire emergency warning for Zeehan and Renison Bell from a fire spreading from the Lynch Hill region, which has subsequently been downgraded to lower alert levels.

While the Renison Mine has not yet been directly affected by the fire at present, at the request of the government and in order to protect the safety of the employees and the facilities and assets at the Renison Mine, the management team for the Renison Mine has implemented an emergency plan, pursuant to which the Renison Mine has been totally closed down and all processes (bothabove and below the ground) have been suspended. The TAS team is still patrolling the Renison Mine region. Most of the staff has been evacuated and there are only several staff members remaining at the Renison Mine to assist the TAS. The camp at Zeehan has also been evacuated. The management team for the Renison Mine is liasing with TAS and the local police and will keep the Company updated of the development.

The revenue and profit of the Group may be affected by the suspension of all mining and production activities of the Group due to this fire. The Company is, however, not in a position to assess at this juncture the extent of the impact on the business and financial performance of the Group, which will largely depend on the length of the suspension.

The Company will keep its shareholders and potential investors informed of any further significant development in relation to the above matters by way of further announcement(s) as and when appropriate.
