Change of Auditor to EY

Tempo Australia Limited (ASX: TPP) announces it has received consent from ASIC to change auditor from RSM Australia Partners (RSM) to Ernst & Young (EY) effective today.

Following a review and receipt of a number of submissions, the Tempo board on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, selected EY on the basis of their excellent reputation and experience as an auditor to numerous companies in the maintenance and construction industry. Ernst & Young has agreed to act as the company's auditor effective from the date of this announcement and will complete the audit review of the half year accounts for 2017 (due to be released by 31 August 2017).

RSM Australia Partners have applied for and received ASIC consent to resign as the auditor of Tempo effective from the date of this announcement. The board would like to thank RSM for their assistance and services over the past three years.

Ratification of this change will be sought from shareholders at the next annual general meeting of Tempo Australia Limited.
