GET(3519TT) reported January 2017 consolidated sales

Green Energy Technology (3519TT) announced its consolidated net sales for January of 2017:

GET sales for January of 2017 were NT$ 837 million, increased by 10.5% MoM and decreased by 51% comparing to the same period of 2016.

Wafer ASP increased gradually in January, especially for high efficient products. The revenue increased along with ASP raise since GET kept operating in lunar New Year holidays. GET prioritized to serve long-term partners with solid financial positions, and kept in-house capacity utilization to be 90%.

GET expects ASP to increase potentially in first half of 2017, with clearer policies in major markets such as China and United States. Demands in second half of 2017 could depend more on growing emerging markets. GET will advance high efficient wafer as scheduled, and focus further on high end module business, with strong support from mother group Tatung in solar systems, to integrate vertically throughout the value chain.
