(Stock Code: 524) EXTENSION OF LONG STOP DATE

Reference is made to the announcement of e-Kong Group Limited (the "Company") dated 19 November 2016 (the "Announcement") regarding, among other things, the proposed acquisition of approximately 17.70% of the entire issued share capital of Flash Hope Holdings Limited (the "Acquisition"). Capitalised terms used herein have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless defined otherwise.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the closing of the Acquisition is conditional upon the satisfaction, or if applicable, waiver of the conditions precedent set out in the Agreement (the "Conditions Precedent") by or before 18 January 2017 or such other date as the parties to the Agreement may agree in writing (the "Long Stop Date"). As at the date of this announcement, some of the Conditions Precedent have not been satisfied.

In order to allow more time for the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent (including but not limited to the Company having successfully raised funds and the entering into of a cooperation agreement in relation to a joint venture which will be engaged in "Super Car"), on 19 January 2017, the parties to the Agreement agreed to extend the Long Stop Date from 18 January 2017 to 17 February 2017.

Save for the above, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
