GP-Act III Acquisition Corp. announced a private placement of 7,000,000 pre-paid warrants at a price of $1 per warrant for the gross proceeds of $7,000,000 on May 13, 2024. The transaction included participation from new investors Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. and GP-Act III Sponsor LLC.
