Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Prasong Thachasongtham, Independent Director, as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Mr. Rapeepat Suansilpong, Independent Director, as Member of the Audit Committee and Mr. Surat Chiracharasporn Independent Director, as Member of the Audit Committee. The appointment shall become effective from 4th May, 2012 onwards.
