GOLDCREST Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2017. For the period, the company reported net sales were JPY 31,699 million against JPY 26,685 million a year ago. Income before taxes was JPY 10,210 million against JPY 6,180 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 6,417 million against JPY 3,886 million a year ago. Income per share primary was JPY 181.99 against JPY 109.00 a year ago.
GOLDCREST Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in residential property sales business mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The Company operates in three business segments. The Property Sales segment is engaged in sales business of new condominiums, including the planning, development and sales of new condominiums such as Crest City, Crest Form series. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in rental and leasing business, including office buildings, apartments and others. The Others includes property management business such as integrated management services for condominiums, and the other ancillary businesses such as real estate agency and brokerage, loan and advertising services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had seven subsidiaries.
