Update concerning discussions with Liquidity Services, Inc. ("LSI")
Further to the announcement on 1 May 2012 of discussions with LSI, the Board of GoIndustry-DoveBid plc ("GoIndustry-DoveBid" or "the Company") notes that LSI has announced in the US that it is in discussions with GoIndustry-DoveBid to make an all-cash offer for all of the Company's outstanding shares at a proposed price of approximately 73 pence per share.
