An unknown buyer entered into the sale and purchase agreement to acquire 20.06% stake in Global Uin Intelligence Holdings Limited (SEHK:8496) from China Uwin Technology Co., Limited on May 22, 2024. As part of the transaction, China Uwin Technology will dispose of 48.15 million shares. Post the transaction, China Uwin Technology will hold 131.85 million shares, which is a decrease from its current holding of 180 million shares.

Upon completion of the disposal, China Uwin will be hold approximately 49.54%.
