On March 15, 2017, Mr. Eric LeGoff determined that he will not stand for reelection to the Board of Directors of Global Brokerage, Inc. at the company’s next Annual Meeting of the shareholders. Also on March 15, 2017, Mr. James G. Brown determined that he will not stand for reelection to the company’s Board of Directors at the company’s next Annual Meeting of the shareholders.
